6. Chewing Sugar free Xylitol Gums

Xylitol, natural sugar alcohol that are found in plants, fruits and vegetables are extremely helpful for your teeth as they have anti bio-film properties which heals adhesion to the teeth.

7. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is used as an ingredient in many toothpaste for various reasons as they are very effective in healing of cavities, gum diseases and killing of bacteria as well. They have compounds called anthraquinones, which are anti-inflammatory, antibacterial in nature. Besides teeth care, they are also widely used for skin care, canker sores, constipation, healing of wounds and many more.
For this purpose, you can directly use the fresh aloe vera gel extracted from the plant itself. Paste it onto the toothbrush and you can start brushing straight away. You can do this for 2-3 minutes once/twice a day. After that, washing the mouth thoroughly with water is needed.
