Frozen Pineapple: If you have fresh pineapples you can use freeze them in the refrigerator and use it. You can use fresh one too instead of frozen one. The reason for using frozen ones are that it will make the smoothie a chilled one and add to thickness.

Frozen Banana: Use the ripe or over ripped bananas for this purpose and freeze them. You can visit the grocery store and buy them too.

Greek or Plain Yogurt: The reason for using this yogurt is to add the thickness of the smoothie. You can also use the sweetened and flavored yogurt as per you choice.

Whole milk: This particular type of milk is the preferred one as they are free from fats, lactose and chocolate. But if you like to use other types of milk, you can use them too.

Honey: This is optional as this is to make the smoothie more sweeter. If you don’t like the sweetness, you can opt it out as well.

Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Step 1

Take a blender and put all the chopped strawberries and bananas inside the jar of it.

Step 2

Add yogurt , milk and honey all together. Blend until all the ingredients mix well to form a smooth texture.

Step 3

Remove the smoothie mixture from the blender and transfer into a glass and serve it.

  • 1 Blender


  • 2 cups frozen pineapples
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)


  • Pour the milk and yogurt in to the blender
  • Then add chopped frozen pineapples and bananas with the honey as well.
  • Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and drain out into a glass or a cup and serve.


  1. You can either use fresh or frozen pineapples and bananas.
  2. Instead of greek yogurt, you can either use flavoured yogurt such vanilla.
  3. Honey is used for sweetening the smoothie, you may opt out using it.
  4. As for milk you can also use other types of milk rather than this whole milk.
