Ingredients of Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This magical smoothie has very few ingredients like strawberry, banana as main one with other ingredients like yogurt, milk and honey to make it sweeter and tastier.
Strawberry: Either you can use fresh or frozen strawberries. Both of them will work but the frozen one is more tastier and delicious.
Bananas: Choose the ones which are little more ripe or also you can use the frozen ones.
Milk: Use dairy milk or a dairy free milk like plant based(almond milk) according to your diet type. If you really don’t want to add milk you can either use apple juice or orange juice.
Yogurt: A plain one like Greek yogurt is recommended because it is more healthier.
Honey: This is an optional ingredient. It actually is to make the smoothie more sweeter. You can either use it or not, it’s up to you.

Directions
For this smoothie you definitely need a blender for blending. Please see the recipe card section at the end of this post for the exact ingredients with its measurements.
Step 1
Take a blender and put all the chopped strawberries and bananas inside the jar of it.
Step 2
Add yogurt , milk and honey all together. Blend until all the ingredients mix well to form a smooth texture.
Step 3
Remove the smoothie mixture from the blender and transfer into a glass and serve it.

- 2 cups of chopped strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup of plain yogurt
- ½ cup of dairy milk
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)

- Remove the smoothie mixture from the blender and transfer into a glass and serve it.
Notes
- You can either use fresh or frozen strawberries. If it is not available, other berries can also be used.
- Instead of plain yogurt, you can either use flavoured yogurt such vanilla.
- Honey is used for sweetening the smoothie, you may opt out using it.
- As for milk you can also used plant based like almond milk.
- This is best when consumed as a breakfast treat and before the meals.
