Pineapple Cucumber smoothie
  • One Raw Pineapple
  • One Medium size Cucumber
  • Two Pieces of lemon
  • A 15-20 piece of Ginger
  • A grinder or blender

First of all remove all the spiky peels of the pineapple. Wash it and chop it into small pieces.

Cut the cucumber into pieces on a cutting board.

Remove the peels of the ginger as well.

Put them all together into the Grinder and then cut the lemons into half, squeeze them into the grinder as well.

Now add half a liter of water into the grinder and grind them until it mixes really well and becomes paste.

You can take them into a glass and drink accordingly.
